A sentencing date has been set for a 33-year-old Eldora man convicted last week of several charges.
Kyle Morgan Gates was found guilty on the charges of 2nd degree sexual abuse, lascivious acts with a child, and for incest.
The charges were originally filed against him in February.
Gates will be sentenced November 8th at 10am at Hardin County District Court in Eldora. He faces up to 40 years in prison.
