North Butler Head Coach Sarah Goodrich on three areas they look to make strides in going forward.

“Just really emphasizing that we are one team and we win together, we lose together, and three things we want to focus on is our effort, our communication, and just staying disciplined with our transitions,” Goodrich says. “When it comes to our defensive coverage and everything, when we get burned it’s because we stopped a millisecond to watch and the girls see it, they’re just hungry to get back in the gym to fix those things as they’re so capable and we have so much potential, but getting back to business, resetting, refocusing.”

Olivia Dralle had nine kills and four aces, and Erika Brinkman had eight kills to lead the Bearcats.

North Butler moves to 3-15 overall and 1-5 in the Top of Iowa Conference East, and will be at Rockford in non-conference match on Thursday.
