Seniors aged 60 and over and/or disabled persons, beginning October 1st, can apply for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, or LIHEAP.
All others can apply for the program beginning November 1st.
The North Iowa Community Action Organization will be accepting the applications for the program for those who live in Butler, Franklin and Cerro Gordo Counties.
