Yesterday afternoon the Butler County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at 644 West Street in Bristow.
The sheriff’s department then arrested 32-year-old Robert Andrew Bosinski of Bristow on the charges of 2nd degree theft, and for 1st offense trespassing.
Bosinski is being held at the Butler County Jail.
If convicted on a theft charge, he could be sentenced for up to 5 years in prison.
