Butler County Public Health, EMS and EMA have scheduled a Community Blood Drive and Open House on Monday, October 21 from 12:30 to 5:00 p.m. at the Emergency Management building in Allison. Butler County Public Health LPN Kara Powers says that with blood in such a shortage, this is a great time for people to donate blood that could possibly save someone’s life.
This will also be an opportunity for the public to take a tour of the facilities, learn about services and ask questions about the upcoming election where the Butler County EMS tax levy will be on the ballot.
