Beginning Tuesday, seniors aged 60 and over and/or disabled persons can apply for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, or LIHEAP.
All others can apply for the program beginning November 1st.
Applications are accepted by mail, email, online, or by telephone.
The North Iowa Community Action Organization will be accepting the applications for Cerro Gordo, Franklin, and Butler Counties.
