A 21-year-old Eldora woman withdrew her guilty plea in Hardin County District Court Monday to a charge of lascivious acts with a child, so the court reinstated the original charge of sexual assault on a child, and ordered her to be held on a 25-thousand dollar cash only bond.
The other original charge filed against Isabella Woodall was lascivious conduct with a minor.
In court Monday, Woodall told the judge that her previous admission to what allegedly took place was a lie, and that she was not even in Hardin County at the time of the alleged sex abuse. She was originally arrested in August of last year If convicted on the sexual assault on a child charge, Woodall could be sentenced for up to 25-years in prison.
