The Franklin County Commissioner of Elections, Katy Flint, has scheduled October 10th at 9am as the day and starting time for the Public Testing of voting equipment to be used in the upcoming General Election on November 5th.
The testing will be conducted at the Franklin County Law Enforcement Center in the Multi-Media room in Hampton.
This test is open to the public.
