This week the Butler County Board of Supervisors discussed Summit Carbon Solutions surveying the Rolling Prairie Bike Trail with county conservation director Matt Morris.
Morris stated he was contacted by Summit about surveying around the bike trail east and northeast of Clarksville.
The county attorney mentioned potentially making Summit get a court order to survey the land.
The Butler County Board of Supervisors agreed that they should not voluntarily allow Summit to do the survey and let them seek a court order.
