Wednesday night Rockwell Police Chief Cody Brunstein presented ideas to the city council for a golf cart permit, noting most towns around have a permit, this allows for all to be given the rules and code for golf cart use in the city limits and fines can be imposed when rules and code are not followed.
Brunstein will put together a permit form for the council to review.
In other business, the Rockwell City Council approved a proposal from ROI Energy to upgrade the lighting in all the city buildings for $19,330.
