A 45-year-old Iowa Falls man facing four charges entered a written plea of not guilty last week in Hardin County District Court.

Kevin Woolf was originally scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow on one count of going armed with intent, and for three counts of first degree harassment, after he was arrested on September 11th by the Iowa Falls Police Department.

Woolf has demanded a speedy trial, with his jury trial set to begin November 7th at 9am in Eldora.

If convicted on all the charges, he could be sentenced for up to 11 years in prison.
