Thursday morning the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department arrested 30-year-old Tyler James Mejia of Coulter on two Franklin County warrants.
One was for failing to appear reference a controlled substance violation that had been amended to possession with the intent to deliver.
The other was for failure to appear for the charges of 2nd degree theft and 3rd degree burglary.
Mejia also has a warrant out of Cerro Gordo County for failing to appear for a probation revocation hearing.
He’s being held at the Hardin County Jail.
