The CAL School Board last week approved a contract with Schrader Construction for the preschool/care center project which will start this school year, especially since the district is not using that part of the building.
In other business, the CAL board approved selling some older ipads, and approved asking for Limited English Proficiency Allowable growth of 17-thousand dollars.
This gives the district authority to spend that amount of money, and not actually taxing for it.
