Firefighters from 5 departments were called out after a fire was reported in a tall grass prairie area around the intersection of Hardin County Highway D-15 and “Q” Avenue east of Iowa Falls about 2:45pm Sunday.
No injuries reported, and no buildings were damaged.
Firefighters from Iowa Falls, Alden, Ackley, Bradford, and Buckeye were called to the scene.
About 30 acres of land burned from the fire.
