Thursday the Clarksville Police Department received a report that someone was pulling his pants down in front of the children at the school.
The reporting party stated to dispatch that the individual even tried to gain entry to the school but the doors were locked, but this caused numerous children to be concerned that they may be in danger.
Clarksville Police arrested 33-year-old Dallas Kramer of Clarksville who was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.
The incident remains under investigation and more charges are possible.
Kramer is being held at the Butler County Jail. Assisting agencies were the Butler County Sheriff’s Department and the Iowa State Patrol.
