Today the Parkersburg City Council will review the snow emergency rules and regulations, will discuss proposed updates to the Parkersburg Ambulance Service bylaws, and will consider approval of hiring of part-time library staff and to set the pay rate.
The Parkersburg City Council meets today at 7pm at the civic center.
