The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department yesterday afternoon arrested 36-year-old Allen James Barnhart of Hampton who was charged with a sex offender registration violation, 2nd or subsequent offense, along with operating without an interlock device, and for driving while license denied or revoked.
Barnhart was ordered held on a 6-thousand dollar bond.
