Santa’s little helpers – Hardin County Iowa and surrounding areas says they have 95 families registered, totaling 250 children this year.
Through their Facebook page, area people can anonymously sign up their family in need, list children’s ages and specific gift wishes for boys and girls.
Then people in the public can privately message the directors Johnny and Brianne Schipper on which family they would like to shop for and purchase Christmas presents for this season.
Families listed in need so far are from Eldora, Ackley, Hampton, Dumont, and Iowa Falls areas.
As of today, there are 3 families left to support, including one from Dumont.
