The Parkersburg City Council met Tuesday.
Among action items, they discussed the need to post a job notice to hire a police officer, with no objections. They approved the purchase of a new ambulance for $448,528, and approved a deposit of up to $200,000 of reserved funds in a certificate of deposit for 24 months. They also scheduled a public hearing for January 6, 2025 to consider zoning related requirements for MDT Holdings.
