Last week the Iowa Valley Community College District Board of Directors elected new leadership.
Director Joanna Hofer, of Toledo, was elected as board president, succeeding director Larry Johnson, of Iowa Falls, who has been elected board president multiple times during his 37-year tenure on the board.
Amber Danielson, of Marshalltown, was elected as board vice president.
The Iowa Valley Community College District includes Marshalltown Community College and Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls.
