Saturday night the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department arrested 44-year-old Andrew Buttshaw of Hampton for possession of a controlled substance, 3rd or subsequent offense, unlawful possession of prescription drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also arrested at the same time was 42-year-old Emily Buttshaw of Hampton, on the same charges.
Both are being held at the Hardin County Jail on 5-thousand dollar cash only bonds each.
