Operation Christmas Meal will be in the broadcast area today through tomorrow.
Operation Christmas Meal is where the Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation hands out 27-thousand free pork loins, as they believe everyone deserves a good meal, especially at Christmastime.
Today Operation Christmas Meal will be at the Franklin County Convention Center in Hampton from 9-11am, followed by a stop at the Sheffield Aquatic Center from 12-1pm.
Tomorrow, stops will be in Greene at the community center from 10-11am, in Allison at the Butler County Fairgrounds from 12-1pm, at the Freedom Rock on Main Street in Ackley from 2-3pm, and at Iowa Select Farms in Iowa Falls from 4-6pm.
Hundreds of Iowa Select Farms employees will be handing out pork loins through car windows of families that need an extra hand during the holidays.
