This week the Hampton-Dumont School Board approved an early resignation stipend.
An individual would receive 15-hundred dollars if a resignation is submitted to the District Office by January 24th, they would receive 1-thousand dollars if a resignation is submitted by February 7th, or they would receive $500 if the resignation is submitted to the District Office by February 21st.
The payment of these stipends will be at the conclusion of the school year in the June 2025 payroll period after the employee has completed their contract in good standing.
Employees who submit an early resignation will also receive $50 per unused medical leave day.
