This week the Allison City Council voted to take additional action for the authorization of a loan agreement and the issuance of not to exceed 336-thousand dollars in Water Revenue Capital Loan Notes. The funds will be used in part to help pay for the acquisition and replacement of water meters and related equipment.
The Allison council voted to take additional action for the issuance of not to exceed 220-thousand dollars in General Obligation Capital Loan Notes. The funds will be used in part to help acquire a new fire truck.
In other business, the city clerk informed those at the meeting that city hall has been moved to 502 Locust Street, from 410 North Main Street.
