The superintendent of the Hampton-Dumont School District is leaving to take a new job.
Aaron Becker was hired to become superintendent in the Prairie City Monroe, or PCM School District, based in Monroe, after the PCM School Board held a special meeting on December 23rd.
Becker was one of three finalists for the job, and all three were interviewed on December 19th.
Becker has been with the Hampton-Dumont School District since July of 2022, and will begin his new job at PCM on July 1st.
