Today the Franklin County Board of Supervisors held a special meeting and appointed Chris Vanness as board chairman for 2025.
Dick Lukensmeyer was appointed as board vice chairman for the new year.
Regular business meetings will be held by the board Mondays at 8:30am.
And the Franklin County Board of Supervisors approved the appointment of deputies and assistants in different departments, like chief deputy in the sheriff’s department, and for an assistant county attorney.
