Thursday the Cerro Gordo County Board of Supervisors held the annual organizational meeting for the new year and appointed supervisor Chris Watts as board chairman.
Supervisor Casey Callanan was appointed as board vice chairman for 2025.
It was also the first meeting for new District 3 Supervisor Carl Ginapp, who won the seat in the November election by 3 votes.
