The Parkersburg City Council Monday will discuss liability from defective sidewalks and city responsibility.
The Parkersburg council will consider a change in the pay rate and assignment of duties for two employees in the public library.
The council will also consider appointments/reappointments by the mayor to the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
The Parkersburg City Council meets Monday at 7pm at the civic center.
