29-year-old Richard Dixon Peacock the 2nd of Geneva was arrested yesterday morning by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant from Pine County, Minnesota.
Peacock was arrested at the Hampton Chronicle as he had been a newspaper delivery driver at Mid-America Publishing, which owns the Chronicle.
Peacock is facing one count of criminal sexual conduct involving a person under age 14, and another count of kidnapping/confinement and removing a person without consent, both charges are felonies. The victim is an 11-year-old female.
The alleged incident took place on December 21st in Hinckley, Minnesota.
Peacock is being held at the Hardin County Jail.
