Yesterday morning 21-year-old Mason Eugene Oberender of Galt was arrested in Polk County on a Franklin County warrant for the charges of 2nd degree criminal mischief, 3rd degree burglary-motor vehicle, operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, and trespass-injury or damage greater than $300.
Oberender is being held at the Hardin County Jail.
