The Hampton-Dumont-CAL girls wrestling team went 0-3 and West Fork went 1-2 at Monday’s quad at Humboldt.
The Bulldogs fell to Lake Mills 65-12, Humboldt 74-6 and West Fork 36-24. The Warhawks fell to Humboldt 60-24 and Lake Mills 63-12.
Against Lake Mills, the Bulldogs got pins by Juliette Koch at 135 and Maren Subbert at 190. Subbert recorded the team’s only win against Humboldt.
In one of the closer duals of the evening, the Bulldogs scored each of their team points by forfeit against West Fork. The Warhawks got pins by Preslee Dickman at 125, Jenny Ramirez at 145 and Fernanda Ramirez at 170.
Against Humboldt, the Warhawks got pins by Dickman at 125, Josi Janssen at 140, Jenny Ramirez at 145 and Kaitlyn Burgin at 155. The two Warhawk wins against Lake Mills were by Dickman at 125 and Janssen at 140.
