The Dike-New Hartford School Board met Wednesday.
Among instruction items, they held a public hearing and approved the 2025-2026 calendar with a start date of August 25, approved special education contracts with the Cedar Falls, College Community and Iowa City School Districts, and approved a $400 fee for this summer’s driver education courses.
Regarding transportation and maintenance, they approved a bid from Egan Supply for $17,480 to recoat the gym floors in Dike Elementary, New Hartford Elementary, the Competition Gym, and High School Gym.
