The Franklin County Board of Supervisors Monday met with county human resource director Audrey Emery, who discussed Cost of Living Increases for fiscal year 2026.
The Franklin supervisors approved a 2-point-4 percent Cost of Living Increase effective as of July 1st, 2025.
There was also discussion regarding employee contribution rates for health insurance and elected officials’ compensation for the next fiscal year budget.
Both items will be on next week’s board agenda for further discussion and possible action.
