The theme for this year’s North Iowa Band Festival in Mason City is “The Sounds of Iowa”.
Band festival officials say the theme pays homage to the places, people and traditions that make Iowa truly special.
Guests, marching bands, entertainers, and parade participants are encouraged to add their own Iowa flair to the festival.
The 86th annual North Iowa Band Festival runs from May 22nd-26th in Mason City.
