Memorial service for 79-year-old Kathleen Ann Hoffman of New Providence will be February 1st at 12pm at the Salem Church in Hubbard.
Burial will be in the Hoffman Family Timber in New Providence.
Visitation will be February 1st from 11am-12pm at the church.
Boeke Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Kathleen Ann Hoffman passed away Thursday, January 23rd at Scenic Manor in Iowa Falls.
