Last week the Belmond-Klemme School Board reviewed the 8-lane track project at the high school and alternate options.
Bids are due February 13th and will be presented at the February board meeting.
In other business, B-K School Board President Gary Berkland asked Superintendent Jenn Peter to advocate for preschool funding at the upcoming “Day on the Hill” event in Des Moines, which will give school officials the opportunity to connect with Iowa lawmakers and stress areas of high importance for districts.
