A celebration of life for 68-year-old Randall J. Banning of Belmond will be Saturday, February 8th from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at the Leinbach Community Center in Belmond. Private burial will be held at a later date. The Ewing Funeral Home in Belmond is assisting the family. Randall J. Banning passed away Monday, January 27th at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City.
