Wednesday morning the Hardin County Sheriff’s Department arrested 52-year-old Candice Marie Brockway of Iowa Falls who was wanted on a Hardin County warrant for the charge of ongoing criminal conduct-influence enterprise.
According to the criminal complaint, the sheriff’s department is alleging that from 2020-2024 Brockway knowingly received proceeds by unlawfully and without permission using a credit card belonging to the victim.
Brockway was later released from custody, and has a preliminary hearing set for February 25th.
If convicted of ongoing criminal conduct-influence enterprise, Brockway could be sentenced for up to 25 years in prison.
