Tomorrow the Ackley City Council will discuss the fiscal year 2026 budget, will be asked to set a public hearing for the proposed property tax levy for the next fiscal year budget, and will discuss amending the employee handbook regarding the pay schedule.
The Ackley council will also consider setting the compensation for the volunteer fire department.
The Ackley City Council meets Wednesday at 6pm at the council chambers.
