Thursday the Hampton City Council will hold a public hearing on the authorization of a loan agreement and the issuance of notes.
The Hampton council will then consider approval of a resolution instituting proceedings to take additional action for the issuance of not to exceed 700-thousand dollars in General Obligation Capital Loan Notes.
The Hampton City Council meets Thursday at 6pm at the council chambers.
