The Hampton City Council Thursday night held a public hearing on the authorization of a loan agreement and the issuance of notes.
The Hampton council then approved a resolution instituting the proceedings to take additional action for the issuance of not to exceed 700-thousand dollars in General Obligation Capital Loan Notes.
The next business meeting of the Hampton City Council was set for February 27th.
