The Hampton-Dumont School Board this week discussed a General Obligation Bond Campaign for this year, however, the board voted unanimously to not pursue the bond campaign for 2025.
In other business, the H-D board awarded a bus bid to School Bus Sales, approved a motion to call for bus bids for immediate purchase of a bus due to an unexpected engine failure, and approved the contract for the high school assistant principal/activities director position to Lance Thompson.
The H-D board set March 24th at 4:30pm as the date and time to hold a public hearing on the next fiscal year budget, approved a budget guarantee resolution, and approved a science requirement proposal as presented.
