More charges have been filed against a 52-year-old Iowa Falls woman who was arrested earlier this month on a Hardin County warrant for a charge of ongoing criminal conduct-influence enterprise.
According to the criminal complaint, the sheriff’s department is alleging that from 2020-2024 Candice Brockway knowingly received proceeds by unlawfully and without permission using a credit card belonging to the victim.
The new charges are six counts of first degree theft. First degree theft is a class “C” felony in Iowa.
Brockway’s arraignment has been set for March 17th at 1pm in Hardin County District Court. If convicted on all the charges, she could be sentenced for up to 85-years in prison.
