Monday night the Meservey City Council held a special meeting and approved a resolution to provide for notice of a hearing on the proposed plans, specifications, forms of contract and estimate of the cost for Phase One of the Water Supply System Improvements Project, and for the taking of bids.
The Meservey council also approved to enter into a Bond Counsel Engagement Agreement with the Dorsey + Whitney law firm.
