Tuesday, a special election will be held for the North Butler School District, which covers parts of Floyd and Butler Counties.
The North Butler district is asking voters to consider passage of a Physical Plant and Equipment Levy. The levy would be for a period of 10 years and would be $1.34 per one thousand dollars of assessed property value.
Polls are open for the North Butler School District Physical Plant and Equipment Levy election Tuesday from Noon-8pm.
A simple majority of votes must be cast for the levy to be approved, or over 50 percent.
