A Parkersburg man facing several drug related charges filed a written not guilty plea Monday in Butler County District Court.
66-year-old Craig Thorne was charged by the Butler County Sheriff’s Department with a controlled substance violation, a class “B” felony, a different controlled substance violation, a class “D” felony, along with two counts of failing to affix a drug tax stamp, and for dominion/control of a firearm/offensive weapon by a felon.
Thorne demanded a speedy trial, with his jury trial set to begin April 1st at 9am in Allison.
If convicted on all the charges, he could be sentenced for up to 45 years in prison.
