A 44-year-old Iowa Falls man originally charged with a controlled substance violation, a class “B” felony, entered a guilty plea last month to a class “C” felony for possession with the intent to deliver in Franklin County District Court.
Nicholas Koebrick was arrested in Coulter on January 11th, 2024, and allegedly, at the time, had several grams of methamphetamine along with small baggies and a scale with residue.
Koebrick will be sentenced May 1st at 1:30pm in Hampton.
He faces up to 10-years in prison.
