A 53-year-old Iowa Falls woman entered a written plea of not guilty Monday to several charges in Hardin County District Court.
Candice Brockway is alleged by the state to have knowingly received proceeds unlawfully and without permission using a credit card belonging to the victim from 2020-2024.
Brockway is facing one count of ongoing criminal conduct-influence enterprise, and six counts of first degree theft.
Her jury trial was set for June 3rd beginning at 9am in Eldora. If convicted on all the charges, she could be sentenced for up to 85 years in prison.
