Last week the Dumont City Council approved sending out a letter to all residents in town concerning nuisance violations.
That letter was sent Wednesday.
In other business, the Dumont council decided to act on a couple of utility related items.
That will include an increase in the cost of water usage from $5 per 1-thousand gallons to $8 per 1-thousand gallons, but that increase will not kick in until June 30th, 2026.
