The Rockwell City Council Wednesday night continued to discuss sidewalk improvement planning.
The council discussed areas needing repairs and replacement and where to start, and also discussed how the city might assess the cost to residents via utility billing or property taxes.
Due to the weather, more comments will be accepted at a future public forum, to discuss the sidewalk plans again.
